The task of our non-profit ombudsman office according to FinSA for asset managers is to efficiently conduct mediation procedures between clients and financial service providers as a neutral mediator. As a neutral institution, the Swiss Financial Ombudsman Service (FINOS for short) strives to find amicable solutions for financial service providers and their clients, thereby avoiding costly disputes in court.
